To build your agent co-op business, we’re compiling a list of agent incentives for publication
in the next COMMUNITIES Agent Edition.
If you have extra incentives for co-op agents who sell new homes in your community,
please fill out the form below.
Examples of an EXTRA incentive would be: commissions of more than 3% to selling agents,
gift certificates, trips, cars, increasing commissions for multiple sales, etc.
AGENTS ONLY - The information about your incentives will be published as a list in the
Agent Edition copies of the magazine, which are exclusively distributed to real estate agents.
ADVERTISERS ONLY - Only current-issue advertised communities will be listed.
BE BRIEF - The free space for your agent bonus is limited to 90 characters, or about
10 to 15 words. We will condense your information if necessary to fit in our chart.
ADVERTISE IN THE AGENT EDITION - Advertising in the Agent Edition is very
affordable. List your bonus in this chart and promote your program with an ad reaching
20,000 metro Atlanta agents. A half page, color ad costs only $1,650 for one month.
